Introducing the main man! Mr Robin ‘Avalanche’ Sawyer. Robin created Avalanche Adventure Ltd in 2004 and has been at the helm ever since.
He likes to lead from the front! So don’t be surprised if he’s the one running your activities…even in his old age.
Here’s Matt! The ‘Jack of All Trades’ Avalanche Employee! Instructor by day, Mechanic by night.
Some say he’s half man half machine. But we say he is 100% legend!
Otherwise known as Chris the Redeemer, Jesus Chris and Father Chrismas, if he’s your instructor you will leave with a smile on your face!
They say you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take – unfortunately if you’re Chris you miss 100% of the shots you do take…
Calm, calculated and efficient. Paul has spent many years at Avalanche, he still can’t seem to get enough!

When he’s not out galivanting on activities he’s tucked away in the Avalanche office.
He has often been referred to as the ‘Backbone of Avalanche’ – Only by himself.

She’s the Queen of the Office! But she doesn’t mind getting out there and showing us how it’s done!
Despite the inability to speak, he seems to be more capable than Chris (Again, I’m joking!).
Dozer is the resident Good Boy and has a very important role in keeping the Avalanche staff happy and entertained.

Forming 1/3 of the Bristolian trio we have here, he is a welcome addition to the Avalanche family!
Iain regularly helps out at the Avalanche shooting range. He is an excellent teacher, very patient and will make sure you get the most out of your session!
